Bogensperk Castle

Bogenšperk Castle stands proudly and shows its beauty in the municipality Šmartno pri Litiji. Reneissance castle is beautifully restored and is one of the most important cultural monuments of Slovenia.

The castle is three-story building with four diverse tracts from different time periods, connecting the towers and surrounds arcaded inner courtyard. The oldest part of the castle is the northeast tower, which originally stood alone and served as an accommodation unit.
Today, we're able to find museum inside the castle with several exhibits and collections presenting Valvasor room, national costumes, geological collection, geodetic collection, the hunting collection and much more.

Besides inspiring look at the history castle presents an ideal location for a perfect wedding.
