8 week program, beginning with 16/10. The program 'Healthy Spine' is designed primarily for those who:

• have chronic back pain (lumbar-sacral and / or neck part of the body)

• are loaded with the adverse effects of stress,

• no longer wish to live with chronic pain and movement disabilities and

• want to help themselves and thus awoke the natural ability of self-medication.

Program of abdominal exercices without risk. 10 weeks program: beginning on the 05/10. No-Risk ABS is a new movement method coming from France. It relies on safe exercices to work your abdominals. It strengthens, but also stretches and relaxes the abdominal muscles while protecting the pelvic floor muscles,the internal organs, the abdominal wall and the spine.
